E-mail and Text Alerts

Customers can now sign up to receive e-mail and text alerts regarding their water service. MUD 208’s operator, H2O Consulting, has implemented a system to allow our customers to receive important alerts, news and updates regarding MUD 208’s water and sewer service via e-mail and texts.

To enroll to receive either e-mail or text, or both, go to https://h2oconsulting.net/alerts which is on our Operator’s, H2O Consulting, website. Follow the instructions on the sign up webpage. Note that there are separate sign ups for e-mail alerts and text alerts. Be sure to indicate MUD 208 as your district.

To sign up for text alerts from your mobile phone, send a text message to the number 474747 with the word MUD208 and you’ll be registered.

MUD 208 and H2O Consulting respect your privacy. Your contact information will not be used for any purpose other than to communicate with you regarding your district’s news and information.

*If you have previously registered to receive Alerts when you signed up for E-billing, no further action is required or necessary.
