                To begin water and sewer service on a single family residential home, an applicant is required to pay a $35 non-refundable application fee.  An additional $50 deposit is necessary to insure prompt monthly payments are made for these services.  Commercial establishments pay a $50 application fee and a $100 deposit.

                Any resident with a good credit history for a 2 year minimum may request their deposit be refunded.  If a delinquency letter is sent subsequent to receiving a refund, a new deposit will be required.  All residents interested in a refund should submit a written request to HCMUD No. 208, P.O. Box 842115, Houston, Texas 77284.
