Multi-Family/
Commercial		 $15.00 for first 10K gallons
  $1.50 per 1K gallons thereafter
  Minimum Charge: $15.00 per unit
Parks and
Recreation		 $5.00 for first 5,000 gallons
$0.45 per 1,000 gallons for 5,001 gals. to 250,000 gals.
$1.00 per 1,000 gallons for 250,001 gals. to 500,00 gals.
$1.50 per 1,000 gallons for over 500,001 gals.
Minimum Charge: $5.00 per connection
